Kid Fun: The PlayMobil Fun Park, Germany

Don’t mistake Playmobil park for an amusement park – there are no rides or attractions here, but it IS fun.

At Playmobil, there are themed areas with activities for kids to do like climbing, swinging, and balancing.  There are rope nets and ladders, a Castle with a jail, turrets, and a throne.  Noah’s Ark has water and water toys to play with, the Old West has prospecting and an old post office, and the 17m pirate ship has rope ladders and a crow’s nest!   There’s a lot more to do with dinosaurs, boats, playgrounds with swing sets, climbing, and slides.

“If the weather gets bad, there’s a huge indoor area with slides and climbing for little kids, a restaurant, a stage where employees lead the kids in singing and dancing, and TONS and TONS of Playmobil toys for the kids to play with.

Any kid 10 or under will have an absolute blast here, and it was great for us parents, because we could relax and let the kids run around.  And yes, there’s a big Playmobil shop near the exit.”

Lodging:   There’s  a hotel next to the park where  you can get a package deal with family rooms.

I agree! This is one of the most fun and affordable amusement parks. From the entrance fees, to the food, the activities for the kids. I wish we could go back, my kids still talk about. It would be great if there were more of those parks near by :) I love that this park does not have rides/attractions, it is all about the kids playing, exploring, having fun!
It’s definetly a must-see if you have kids under the age of 10!
